Experience and Professionalism.

A professional home inspection done by Hayes Home Inspections  LLC can significantly reduce your risk and can help make the process of purchasing a home easier and less stressful.
Your home purchase may be the largest investment you’ll ever make and one that will affect you for many years to come.  You need to know that you’ve done everything you can to minimize your risk and to give yourself "peace of mind" in your home buying or selling process.
Having your new home professionally inspected by Hayes Home Inspections LLC as early as possible in the process ie, presale inspection, will help you identify potential areas of concern with the property thus enabling you to make better informed decisions.
I inspect all major components of the subject property from the roof to the foundation and on average, I will inspect more than 400 different points. I document the defects in the property with photographs, and will advise you about future maintenance.
I have been performing home inspections in Salt Lake, Weber, Davis, Summit, and Utah Counties for since 2016.  I am certified through ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors.) and follow the "Standards and Practices" as outlined by the national association and am a member of UREIG (Utah Real Estate Inspectors Guild) and I am insured.
My experience as a Licensed Residential Remodeling Contractor for over 20 years as well as several years involved in commercial  building maintenance with hotels and large fitness facilities has laid the foundation for my thorough inspections to see all issues with a property that are crucial to know before you move forward with your purchase.

Structural Deficiencies

Improper exterior finishes can allow critters to enter your home.

AC units should not be covered. They are made to be outside, otherwise you invite creatures to nest and chew wiring.

The foundation of an electrical system is an organized and clearly labeled distribution panel. Ungrounded systems are a fire hazard.

Downspouts should empty 4-6 feet away from the foundation
